Michelle Lipscomb
HOLISTIC PLANT-BASED
NUTRITIONIST
Michelle is a holistic plant-based nutritionist with a Bachelor of Nutrition and a background in mental health support and special education. Her own transition to plant-based eating helped relieve long-standing inflammation and sparked a deep passion for supporting women’s health in midlife.
Michelle supports women through hormonal shifts by helping them stabilise energy, understand their bodies, and build realistic, nourishing food habits that feel sustainable and supportive in everyday life.
Jasna Kosovac
NUTRITIONIST, WELLNESS COACH , EDUCATOR, AND AUTHOR
Jasna brings over 20 years of experience in education and more than a decade as a certified nutritionist, detox specialist, and wellness coach. After navigating her own autoimmune challenges, she became deeply committed to redefining midlife as a season of strength, vitality, and possibility.
Jasna supports women to gently shift mindset, rebuild self-trust, and weave practical, compassionate wellness practices into daily life, without pressure or perfection.
Dr. Slavica Praporski
YOGA TEACHER, MENTOR AND
REIKI PRACTIONEER
Slavica combines a PhD in chemistry with yoga, meditation, and Reiki to bridge science and spiritual wisdom. She created her yoga and mindfulness work specifically for women 40+, making nervous-system regulation and embodied practices accessible even for complete beginners.
Her work supports women to move with more ease, confidence, and compassion, helping them feel more balanced and connected in body, mind, and spirit.
